Bake Cheese Tart!
I’m a big fan of Bake Cheese Tart. If you love cheese tarts, you must try their cheese tarts.
There are many locations all over Japan. Also in Korea, Thailand, Philippines, United States, China, and Hong Kong.
Today I visited the Shinjuku, Tokyo store. It is located in the Lumine EST 1/F which is right outside of the Shinjuku Station.

Hour: Weekday 11:00 - 21:30, Weekend 10:30 - 21:30
Their shops are usually small and mostly located by exit of the station. You will need to take out. If you are not eating right, remember to ask the staffs to give you a free ice bag to go.
I would say the original one is the best. They also have seasonal favor from time to time. This time they have “Soy”, “Green Tea with Red Bean” and “Framboise” which is a mixed of strawberry and raspberry. Price are very fair, ranging from 230 to 320 yen each. Souffle and Terrine are also available. I haven’t have a chance to try them yet but I would definitely will try next time.
The new soy one was newly launched on 5/18 and it is 100% plant so it is great for vegetarian.
They are super delicious. I tried the green tea with red bean with a must-have original cheese favor. They are super creamy with the rich cheese flavor, especially good when they are hot. To be honest, I think I can have a dozen of them. lol
I also found the frozen cheese tart, ice cream, and cheese tart drink in the convenience stores like 7-11 and Family Mart.
They are for limited time only. Don’t be hesitate to try them. I love them all!!!
