(I found out it was a graduation weekend so it costed more than usual for the stay)
The hotel is located in the Shinagawa East One Tower and is easily accessible from the Konan Exit (East Exit) of Shinagawa Station. You can use the skybridge to reach the tower, where you will find the hotel reception on the 26th floor. After check-in, you can take another elevator to reach your guestroom, which is located on the 27th to 32nd floors of the tower.

You will see a sign saying the Hotel reception is on 26th floor after you reach Shinagawa Station East One Tower.
Then turn right and you will find the hotel entrance.
You will reach to the elevator after passing through this long hallway.
The elevator will take the elevator from 2/F (Skybridge access from Shinagawa station) to 26/F to check in at the lobby.
After check in, you will take another elevator up to the room.
Guestrooms are located from 27/F to 32/F floor.
There are restaurants and bar located on 26/F and you will see people are hosting wedding and graduation parties often.

We came a little a early, the Sakura has just started to bloom.
Maybe one more week, they will be fully blooming.
